History of the Axemen M/C

The Axemen M/C was founded in March of 1998 by Bob Roths of the Inkster Michigan FD. There were 12 founding members. The purpose of forming this club was to have a club exclusive to IAFF members, working or retired. Volunteers, PSO’S or part time firefighters are not eligible for membership.

Their core membership is located within the Detroit metro area. They currently have over 90 members on the roster.

Charity rides and other events organized by the Axemen have generated more than $160,000.00 to date, which is donated to various causes, the majority among those being fire fighter and police related.

Our income comes not only from the riders, but from businesses and individuals who donate money and prizes for our silent auctions held at the ride.

Central Ohio started Axemen Motorcycle Chapter # 3 in 2006 and we have been growing ever since. We have raised money for many local charities that have benefited Central Ohio Firefighters and their families.

We are looking to expand our community involvement and would like to add you as a new member, if you are interested becoming a member of the “BEST” professional motorcycle club in Central Ohio please contact us. The Axemen Columbus Chapter # 3, PO Box 1160, Worthington, Ohio 43085
